Flat Rate Shipping

• 9.95 flat rate shipping: for orders under $99.

• Orders $99 and over: FREE SHIPPING*! (Excluding Clothing & Home Merchandise)

Order Fulfillment

We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days. However, due to the fresh preparation of our products, fulfillment may take up to 21 business days during peak times or supply delays.

Frozen Orders

A Cold Pack Fee is required for all frozen raw dairy orders: $12.95

• Frozen orders are shipped every Monday (except during holiday weeks).

• The cut-off time for frozen orders is Friday at 3 PM EST. Orders placed after this time or during a holiday week will ship the following Monday.

• If your frozen order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@woofpakbakery.com for assistance.
